Get out of pain. Get back to doing what you love.
Find the problem. Fix what’s wrong
We work with people whose pain or injuries are getting in the way of everyday life, work, or the activities they love.
We figure out what's hurting, what's not moving or working the way it should, and what we can do about it. Using chiropractic adjustments, hands-on muscle work, and targeted exercises, we help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing your thing.
Your first visit
At Body Shop Chiropractic, your first visit will be an evaluation. We want to see what hurts, and figure out why.
Cost: $75 for initial visit
Duration: 1 hour including treatment
What should you bring?
Clothing that allows you to move freely.
What do you get with the first visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough exam and a combination of chiropractic manipulation, targeted soft tissue therapies, dry needling, and movement-based rehab to address pain, improve mobility, and help you get back to the activities you enjoy.
Your treatment is tailored to your needs, using the tools that make the most sense for your body, your goals, and what we find during the exam.
How are we different?
Dr. Eric here, I always tell people that a good chiropractor is like a mechanic for the human body. A skilled mechanic treats the entire machine, not just the squeaky wheel. Your body is no different. Where it hurts isn't always where the problem starts.
Rather than just chasing pain, we look at how your body moves, what it's being asked to do, and what might be contributing to the problem. The goal isn't to make you feel better until your next adjustment. It's to help you move and function better long after you leave the office.
We combine chiropractic adjustments, hands-on soft tissue work, dry needling, and active rehab to improve movement, build strength, and help your body handle the demands you put on it.
Put simply: Assess the problem. Treat what needs attention. Build lasting capacity.
Meet the doctor
Hey y’all! I’m Dr. Eric Anderson, a chiropractor originally from Minneapolis. I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in the spring of 2026 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and an emphasis in sports and rehabilitation. I treat a wide range of injuries, with a particular focus on hip and low back problems in active people.
Having dealt with injuries that kept me from doing the things I love, I know how frustrating it can be to be sidelined. Helping others get back to the activities they enjoy is what drew me to chiropractic. Before following in the footsteps of my mom and grandfather (both Chiropractors), I spent years working with several mountain bike brands in the bicycle industry.
Outside the clinic, you'll find me taking beer-league roller hockey way too seriously, mountain biking wherever I can, lifting weights, or exploring RVA.
