Insurance and Pricing

Body Shop Chiropractic operates as a direct-pay clinic and is not currently in-network with insurance providers.

This model allows us to focus on delivering longer, individualized treatment sessions centered around movement assessment, hands-on care, rehabilitation, and performance-based treatment rather than limiting care to what insurance companies define or reimburse.

By remaining out-of-network, we’re able to:

  • Spend more time with patients

  • Keep treatment recommendations individualized

  • Avoid high-volume, rushed appointment models

  • Focus on treatment quality instead of insurance restrictions

We believe healthcare should be transparent and straightforward. Treatment costs are discussed clearly up front, with no surprise billing or confusing coverage changes.

For patients with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement through your insurance provider or HSA/FSA account.

Simple, transparent pricing.

At Body Shop Chiropractic, every standard visit costs $75 — regardless of the treatment approach used during your appointment.

Whether your care involves:

  • chiropractic manipulation

  • dry needling

  • cupping

  • movement rehabilitation

  • combination of multiple therapies

The cost remains the same.

We believe patients deserve straightforward pricing without surprise add-ons, hidden fees, or being charged differently based on every individual modality used during treatment.

No confusing insurance billing.
No surprise charges.
No tipping prompts at checkout.

Just focused care designed to keep bodies in motion.

Treatment Packages

While some patients notice improvement after a single visit, meaningful changes in movement patterns and long-term dysfunction typically require a series of treatments. For many conditions, four visits is the minimum starting point for a treatment plan.

For patients planning ongoing care, we offer discounted treatment packages:

  • 4 Treatments — $280

  • 8 Treatments — $520

Packages never expire and can be used at whatever pace makes sense for your treatment goals and schedule.
